My Favorite Sauces

If you know me, you know your girl loves a good sauce! Here are some of the ones I make regularly! So the essential question is - do you want them higher or lower fat? It's just about changing the mayo to yogurt ratio. More Mayo/Less Yogurt - high fat. More Yogurt/Less Mayo... lower fat. You can go all the way to 100% Mayo to 100% Yogurt. The more yogurt, the more salt you'll likely need to keep that tangy flavor.

Ingredients

Quantities listed make about 2 servings
I've listed the Mayo/Greek yogurt in the ratio I like, but as I mentioned above, feel free to change it up.

1000 Island or Russian Dressing
1 T Good Quality Mayo (like Chosen Foods, or homemade)
3 T Plain Greek Yogurt
1 T No Sugar Ketchup
1-2 T Sugar Free Relish or minced pickle (depending on how pickley you like it) (OMIT for Russian Dressing)
2-3 small drops Yellow Mustard (literally just a tiny bit, it tangs up the flavor) (OMIT for Russian Dressing)
Salt to taste
Pinch Onion Powder
Sweetener such as Stevia Glycerite if using unsweetened ketchup or if you just want it sweeter
To thin for use as dressing: Water and/or Apple Cider Vinegar

Honey Mustard
1 T Good Quality Mayo (like Chosen Foods, or homemade)
3 T Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Dijon Mustard (a milder one. Something intense like Grey Poupon is a bit strong)
Salt to taste
2-3 drops Sweetener such as Stevia Glycerite
To thin for use as dressing: Water and/or Apple Cider Vinegar

Ranch Dip/Dressing
1 T Good Quality Mayo (like Chosen Foods or homemade)
3 T Plain Greek Yogurt
Pinch Salt
1-2 tsp Ranch Seasoning Mix (recipe follows) or more if you want it extra flavorful
To thin for use as dressing: Water, Nut Milk, Lemon, and/or Apple Cider Vinegar - depending on if you like extra tang!

Dry Ranch Mix (keep in the cabinet for when you need it. Makes much more than 1 recipes's worth!)
All ingredients dried not fresh
1 tsp EACH: Chives, Parsley, Dill, Salt
1 T EACH: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
Optional but recommended: 1/4 tsp White Pepper (Black also ok, just a bit harsher) Pinch Mustard Powder, 1 T Buttermilk Powder (buttermilk powder adds a bit higher carbs, use if you want!)
Shake container WELL each time you use it before you take any out!

Blue Cheese Dip/Dressing
1 T Good Quality Mayo (like Chosen Foods, or homemade)
3 T Plain Greek Yogurt
1 T Crumbled Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola - choose one you like the flavor of, they really vary!
Pinch Salt (if your cheese is very salty, might not need)
To thin for use as dressing: Water, Nut Milk, Lemon, and/or Apple Cider Vinegar - depending on if you like extra tang!

Chicken Sauce (chick-fil-a similiar)
1 T Good Quality Mayo (like Chosen Foods, or homemade)
3 T Plain Greek Yogurt
1 T No Sugar Ketchup
1 T No Sugar BBQ Sauce (Primal Kitchen is great if you want a bit spicy, G Hughes if you want it just sweet not spicy sweet)
1 tsp Yellow Mustard

1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Pinch Salt
Pinch Onion powder
Few Drops Sweetener such as Stevia Glycerite
1 T Lemon Juice (trust me it really makes it better to include this!)

Directions

Making a sauce is really easy, it's just mixing all the stuff together :) But I recommend tasting and adjusting to your preferences in terms of sweetener and spices.

Keep any leftover sealed in the fridge to use in the next few days.
