Keto Unstuck 2026
You did keto. You stalled. Now what?
A guided program for the women who tried keto, lost some weight, and hit a wall. We go deeper than macros. We look at thyroid, insulin, cortisol, sleep, stress, perimenopause, and the habits that quietly undo the work. No shame. No shortcuts. No cleanses.

What we actually do
Four pillars, taught in order, designed to stick.
01
Metabolic diagnosis, not guesswork
We look at thyroid, insulin, sex hormones, and inflammation. We set a baseline with your own labs and retest so you can see the work.
02
Eating the way your body is built to run
Animal-based, low-carb, high-protein, fat-adapted. No weird supplements, no cleanse weeks, no fear of salt.
03
The habits that quietly undo the work
Sleep, stress, sunlight, movement, alcohol, screen time. We fix the cheap, boring things most programs skip.
04
Women's physiology, on the table
Perimenopause, PCOS, hypothyroidism, autoimmune flares. Your hormones are not the enemy. They are information.

Honest answers
Frequently asked questions.
Is this a diet?+
No. It is a program to teach you a sustainable way of eating, rooted in metabolic science, and how to troubleshoot when your body pushes back.
Do I need to be experienced with keto?+
Some experience helps, because we do not start from zero on basics. If you are brand new to low-carb eating, the Electrolytes Guide and the podcast are the right place to begin.
What does Kim actually do inside the program?+
Weekly live calls, a structured curriculum, written lessons, accountability, labs review office hours, and a private group of other women doing the work.
Can I still do this if I have a chronic condition?+
Many of my clients have one or several. This program is not a replacement for medical care, but it is often the missing layer. Bring your labs, bring your doctor into the loop, and we will build a plan alongside them.

Cohorts are kept small, so I read every application. Tell me a bit about where you are, what you have tried, and what you want out of this. I will personally reply within a week.
Start with electrolytes.
The free guide I wish someone had handed me. Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and why most people on keto feel awful without them.
